A few days ago, I shared something really beautiful and special with a friend, it was a personal victory, that has very real positive repercussions in my inner world, and also my life and my clients in a practical way.

​​I shared it with her because something in my heart and gut told me she is the one who I would love to share this moment with. She is a woman who will understand the joy of shifting in the inner world, the body - the visceral reality, and shifting energetically, in the quantum, and then opening to receive from God, and how those shifts on the insides create a reality where the outsides meet that new reality in the most subtle or the most wild but definitely the most real way.

She called me back a few days later to thank me for sharing it with her. She felt my story allowed her to believe even more in miracles for herself, and she allowed herself to receive that hope and joy, alongside me. The very next day, she realized that the wild and beautiful dream she had for herself was beginning to come true in her practical everyday reality! The shift had happened in her inner world, and she was feeling so empowered and grateful to see it reflecting itself in her life.

And she told me, "Rivky, I know how much you share and have shared the raw humanity, and depth of all flavors of feelings of your experiences in life with me over the years. I'm so grateful you choose to bring me along on this joy, and wild grounded miraculous integration as well. Thank you. And then she said: Your joy is safe with me."

She shared with me how she had expanded her capacity over the years to Be with her grief, sorrow, disappointment - a full spectrum of feeling. But joy, hope, miracle consciousness, play, flow - has always been challenging for her to hold for herself, and especially to share. She said the people, mostly the women around her gatekeep or downplay their joy. That was her experience.

She shared how the women in her life deflect compliments or positive feedback, sometimes subtly and sometimes outright. She shared that some of them have expressed fear of being judged on being "too much" or "full of themselves", or judged by others in their community that they don't have their values in alignment. Some believe that in order to make an impact in the world and create change they need to save others, and that being of service means to starve aspects of their life force, natural expression, or deep receiving for the greater good of all. She said that women have confided in her that they feel they need to perform, contort or control to receive connection and belonging. Even after learning to receive, they allow themselves to receive... to a certain point.

She shared with me her own pain - how most of the questioning, shutting her down, squashing, moral or virtue signaling, backhanded compliments, unfortunately came from other women in her life. Other women who were also not allowing themselves to shine and be the most empowered they can be. Other women who also weren't allowing themselves to simply Be. Other women also living with the same trauma as she was. Other women who were also afraid to open up their minds to what they didn't know, when witnessing someone else living. In her words "there is fear in my field, In and around me to open to allow in the possibilities in the universe, beyond logic or what makes "sense."

At this point, I was listening spellbound. One moment of me sharing with an open heart, without fear, about the goodness and miracle of receiving and my friends mind, body, and spirit is on a deep journey, reckoning with these patterns in her life, and the way they have made her shrink, mask, withhold, judge herself or others, hide, deflect, and limit her capacity for connection, love, receiving and giving from a place other than really traumatized realational dynamics. And she was seeing that clearly for herself. I was so moved.

It made me think of 3 things:

1. How the portal to the deepest abundance, and the most authetic path to deep receiving is to be happy for others, especially when they have what we might not yet, on the insides or the outsides, and the kind of focused inner work, self love, and deep faith that that asks for. A deep portal to abundance is to focus on our own insides, more than anyone else's outsides.
2. How by pattern interrupting the status quo and working with our nervous system capacity, our minds and hearts, to stretch to open to receive and live more fully, with less shame and more aliveness, we can live in a world, and create a world where we lift each other up, just by Being ourselves, just by receiving our life as it is, and sharing it with others who we love.
3. and lastly - the power of never, ever wasting a good trigger, and using it as an opportunity to become the possibility in the whole entire universe

So today, if you choose, Be yourself. The whole universe will rejoice as you do.

As you grow, take up more space, shine in new or different ways You may see that people in your life support you differently than they used to. Other fellow humans will understand, celebrate, love, care, share kindly of you as deeply as they do and allow that to themselves. They will love you with your differences as much as they can love their different contrasting parts inside. They will judge you favorably or not with as little or as much space they have for themselves in their own inner world.

And just for the record, I want to say: Your joy is welcome here Your grief is welcome here Your brags, your desires, your receiving, your unconventional life, your choosing, your gratitude, your boundaries, your willingness, your creativity, your love, your wild artistry, your bigness, and smallness and deep faith, and beauty, and boldness, and simplicity and quiet contemplation is welcome here. You, in your State of Being, is welcome here.
