You have no idea of the ripples you create simply by being yourself.

You say something casually, unpolished, just true to you, and someone carries it for months because it finally gave language to something they'd been quietly feeling for years. They never tell you. You keep walking.

You enter a room grounded, warm, unapologetically yourself, and someone silently decides they're allowed to take up more space too. Something in them loosens. They stop believing they need to perform to be loved.

You live a little less afraid of what people think and a little more connected to your own path, and someone else sees proof that they can have both belonging and authenticity.

You hold yourself with confidence, and someone realizes they've been shrinking for years. You speak honestly about your desires, your life, your relationship with God, whatever you are passionate about, and someone finally stops hiding from their own.

You set a boundary. Raise a standard. Pause instead of leaving yourself and stay in your truest frequency. And someone else realizes how long they've been living by "shoulds" that were never truly theirs.

You deepen your relationship with yourself, your body, your people, God - you allow yourself to be imperfect, to feel deeply, to express yourself fully - and someone somewhere feels permission to do the same. To become more intimate with what their soul truly longs for.

It may not feel significant while you're living it. It may just feel like your life. But someone, somewhere, is changing their entire understanding of what's possible for them because of the way you simply choose to exist. Because of the way you choose to play this game of life. Because you chose to live from your State of Being.
