This is The Possibility in the Universe!!!!

On the Morning of the Live podcast event, as I was finishing to create the integration experience/ embodiment practice to go along with the Live Podcast event (something I absolutely LOVE creating for these experiences), I had an idea that wouldn't leave my mind... the practice that was coming through NEEDED live music.

I texted Chani in the very early am (if you know Chani, she's up at the crack of dawn), "Chani, we need a band for tonight" (😂). I then rolled over and went right back to sleep for a bit.

When I woke up, I called her and Rochel, who were on the road to my home to prepare for the event. They both said... "You need music? We are ON IT!" (Find yourself friends who match and share your energy and desires!!!)

Sometime later, they called me back and said, "Would a DJ do?" I said YES.

They said, "Okay, good, because Shayna is coming." 

We set up the podcast in my living room with the help of our awesome friends, and we made a plan for the night:

Shayna was going to walk in quietly and set up her equipment on the kitchen counter, and everyone watching the podcast had their backs to the kitchen, so we would be able to have a fun surprise!

When the podcast was over, the room erupted in music, everyone turned around, and we all went to the kitchen... the energy in the room was SO much fun, everyone really got into it. We danced for close to 2 hours that night (my embodiment practice/integration offering was just 15 minutes...the dance offered everything else)

We danced for 2+ hours, well into the night, the kitchen full of energy, life, and expression... the truest embodiment of wholesome collaboration... the theme of the Podcast, embodied!!! Smiling faces, so much love, amazing friends, and music
