May you choose to get to a place where you allow yourself to be "cringe" to an old version of you or your mother or sister or society or whoever who you stayed small or quiet or limited for.

May you allow yourself the audacity, confidence and great pleasure of Being unapologetically human and unapologetically YOU.

May you allow yourself to care and love and expand and break open and live out loud - because your shining and expression is not about you.

Your expansion and receiving and leading and allowing is not only about you. It's about the permission you bring to the collective. It's about the frequency you strengthen in this world by Being it. It's about the coherence you create by Being.

May you shine so unapologetically that your BEING flips the light switch ON in everyone you meet.

You don't need to be perfect or "organized" or any less human to create coherence for yourself and the collective. You just need to decide and learn to allow and expand the full spectrum of your humanity, mess and joy, expression AND soul to shine from within.

To me, coherence is orienting to God, to the flow that always IS inside and outside. To soul, to source, to LIFE. (L'chaim!)

Because leaders do not hold back from leading, shining, sharing, being seen because of Willpower - they hold back because of Shame.
