Who are the women who join The Frequency of Freedom experiences? Here are some signs of a woman who has experienced and chosen this for herself:

She has made the choice to integrate the knowing that she always has a choice in each moment. She "never wastes a good trigger." She relates with rupture and rapture and relationships in general with reverence, love and care for herself and others. She takes herself and others seriously.

She has true humility and chooses to stand in the fullness of who her soul is Here to be. She is intentional with her presence, energy, and in pausing. She is open to learning AND modeling for others. She is both a student of life and a leader of her own life.

She understands and believes that the deepest healing is empowerment, embodiment, living from our souls and loving the shit out of our human experience. She takes response-ability to respond instead of react. She takes ownership for what is hers and not for what isn't. She trusts herself AND is open to be flexible.

She lifts others up. She calls herself and others in. She is kind to herself and others and chooses over and over again to love herself and others. She is not afraid to live and make mistakes. She understands that that is what makes her human.

She feels her feelings without becoming her feelings. She understands that she is the steward of her own energy. She co-creates her life and experience here with Hashem/God.

She does what she said she was going to do. She has high standards for herself and everyone else. She takes radical ownership together with radical compassion.

They don't apologize for loving to experience pleasure, aliveness, and shining. They feel what they feel while they feel it and have what they have while they have it. They care deeply about others and lift other people up. They know the power of their energy, impact, and prayers and pray like it really, really, matters - because it does.

They do not enable others. Instead, they remind them of their faith and power and love them deeply. They take radical responsibility without shame for their lives. They plug first and foremost into Hashem. They take themselves and anyone else off of the pedestal.

They honor grief and rage and transitions and resistance and their patterns and all of our human experience with reverence. They bring their growth home to their children, their marriages/intimate relationships, friendships, and communities. They understand that wholeness in the whole system is what true coherence is. They don't shy away from the challenge that facing what IS is, because they understand that that is what leads them to the magic, miracles and alchemy they are praying for.

They take relational risks. They allow themselves to be brave and vulnerable. They return over and over to Be their soul, without spiritually bypassing their human experience. They believe in and work every day towards creating radical Shalom Bayis (peace in the home).

They allow themselves fun, pleasure, health, wealth, miracles, and a life beyond their wildest dreams. They celebrate for each other as if it were there own celebration. They truly understand there is no scarcity where there is God. They don't Gossip and speak life and curiosity into others. They look for and see the soul in others, and that is what they find.

She deeply believe in God. She is open and receptive to the mystery. She unshames her desires, even her most "secret" shame, she frees herself back into her soul by doing so. She creates so much space by doing so. She experiences open miracles daily.

She believes in the Possibility in the Universe. She understands that she is the Medicine. She is the Possibility in the Universe!
