What makes someone a legacy leader isn't vision. Most people can come up with a vision or idea. What makes someone a leader is holding the vision. What makes someone a leader is faith.

Most people who are open and awake to life get inspired lots of the time. They may often have experiences where they leave inspired with a fire in their heart, body, and soul. But within some time, they are ready to quit. When they don't see evidence of their inspiration in form, their vision manifesting, they throw in the towel, they blame themselves, others, God, they try to fix it, change it, control it.

Here is what makes someone a leader, a true leader: holding the faith. Holding the vision. Even when others don't, won't, can't see it. ESPECIALLY THEN. As a Legacy leader our most potent gift to the world is not our vision, it is our FAITH in what we see.
