What It Means to Be a Nourished Woman
Apr 27, 2026I choose to spend a few days in the destination we are hosting an experience in before the women get here. It gives me time to land my energy and body inside of the new destination. It gives me space to be still, write, nourish and connect inward. To move my body, take care of my energy and rest. It allows my nervous system to acclimate to a new place, and my body to receive the unique nourishment that each land we have traveled to offers.
The incredible team arrived and they are out shopping at Kosher markets and preparing everything needed for our custom menu and to make our amazing participants the most comfortable.
Service and nourishment is never just about the transaction or the food. It's about the energy and genuine desire to be with one another. To be in the resonance field together. Luxury is not anymore only about how fancy something is - but how much presence, resonance and care we can experience together.
I've been journaling and dreaming and taking action around the topic of sustainable nourishment. For every woman and man, no matter what stage of life.
I've been thinking about women this week. How does a nourished woman support other women? How does a nourished woman support her children and partner? A nourished woman supports others with her embodiment. Empowerment without embodiment is not sustainable.
I've been walking with this: sustainable nourishment means the ripples ripple out far beyond and way after a powerful moment in time. It goes deep into what sustainable pleasure, receiving, vitality, and royalty is for each person, in their own body, in their own way.
Being alive is not a small thing. Because the process IS the point. Because pleasure, receiving, and nourishment can be sustainable. Because every single human being is royalty - a child of the divine, with a Chelek Elokah Mimaal - a small piece of Hashem, inside of us, inside of you and me.
