What is Energetic Hygiene?
Before I answer, Let me first ask you this:
Do you absorb others' energy in a way that depletes you?
Do you feel energetically porous?
Do you identify as an empath?
If you do, you may benefit from learning about energetic hygiene. Energetic hygiene tools help you to create the most clear environment for your soul's unique signature, so you can “be with” without absorbing, so you feel like a co-creator of your life instead of feeling like life is “coming at you” with no rhyme or reason.
Learning how to somatically “join” vs “merge” with your clients, friends, children is one of the most powerful ways to keep your energy (your most precious resource) sharp, clear, and available for goodness and blessings.
If you are a practitioner, healer, therapist, guide, business owner or leader… energetic hygiene practices are basic integrity - and what will make you successful in helping your clients move the needle on their progress, and in helping businesses create and maintain abundance and flow.
Different environments call for different types of energetic hygiene (for example; you take less showers when you are camping.) and different energy types need different energetic hygiene tools.
I will be teaching an energetic hygiene class next week, and it will have 3 parts to it:
- A hypnosis/meditation where we will strengthen the “energetic skin barrier” so that things don't penetrate as easily. (think of it like an intensive facial treatment for your energy field)
- Energetic hygiene practices to be able to return to the core of your body even when energy feels dense, intense, or confusing. These practices will be based on your energy type. (think of it like an energetic skin care regimen, to maintain the facial treatment)
- A Q&A for those who attend live with an opportunity to share your questions.
