I was speaking to a friend today about how I can look back at so many choices in my life and say: wow, that completely changed the entire trajectory of my life. That got me started in a new timeline, a new way of seeing, being, receiving.

I often tell women and men in group spaces that just like we can look back in retrospect and see the choices that changed our life, we can also do that every day by DECIDING to create life defining moments every day by: living with intention, putting all our energy in the present moment, and deciding with Hashem that each and every moment has all of the possibilities in the universe in it and we can choose to harness it by choosing our perspective, actions, direction.
