Today I had a conversation with the concierge from Morocco, and I was marveling at how well supported my team is going to be. 5 waiters, butlers, support wherever we turn. We were discussing yoga, massages, dance, photography, the pool... all the ways in which we are going to offer curated, immersive ways to Be with art.

I was feeling so excited, supported and grateful and also the "whelm" that comes along with expanding - and I went back to look at all the photos from Italy to remind myself what happens when we believe that we can move the highest mountains with God/Hashem.

I've been calling in and co-creating this kind of "company culture" for some time now, especially as my team is growing (Welcome Taylor to the team!). The question I walk with is: what is a work environment that is good for all? Where humans really each do the work they are good at, want to be doing, and love? I want to support a team that feels so supported to live their dreams, their truth, their life in a beautiful way. A team that does "work" beyond obligation. Collaborative efforts where everyone can succeed, flourish, and thrive. A team where each individual's true job is to BE themselves!

That is what I was creating, and that is the reality we are now all living in!

My job for Morocco, and all of the FOF experiences, is the energy. To keep it flowing. To keep focusing on this living, breathing art project. To stay plugged into God. To keep becoming a clearer vessel by taking care of my body. Nourishment. Making the theme of Receiving, pleasure and Royalty visceral, while also experiencing and feeling into and Being with the stretching of my vessel/nervous system capacity this project invites me into. To trust Hashem, to bring joy and play and containment, prayers and blessings and vulnerability and hope.

It's to bring Hashem into every moment. It's to invite each person inside with excitement, and warmth and prayers and thanks to Hashem, like they are coming to my home... ahhh, you have entered the constellation! What a celebration! - is how I feel when each and every human comes inside.
