By choosing You, and life in each moment. By allowing your standards, desires, values, and taking care of your body and soul to lead.

By fully inhabiting our body and soul, and plugging into only God for our energy and life force.

Even (some versions of pop culture) "healing" can start to become another illusion of something that will fill something that only You - the You that is a piece of Hashem/God, can and will.

No healer, guide, leader, idea, teaching, modality, or medicine however powerful or genius will ever give you a deeper medicine than that which can be found inside of every single one of your present moments, in the ways your body IS, what your symptoms are here to teach you, the wisdom your insides hold, the power of YOUR will and reclamation, faith, courage, and surrender.

You are the original luxury, the rarest, most incredible You. Your essence gets to be luxuritated in, by you.. for you. For all of us.

Every single ounce of medicine you could ever need lives inside of you. Every single ounce of energy and deep wisdom and knowing you could ever need lives on the other side of you giving it away. It is the privilege of this lifetime for us each to remember who we are.

Simply put - when you choose yourself, you create ripples far beyond space and time of beauty, wonder, and authentic freedom for all.

Just by being You, you become medicine for the world. Just by trusting your body, and taking care of it, you become a fountain of wisdom and safe love. Just by allowing your essence to lead, you become a sanctuary for the soul.

Because we are not separate from one another. A rising tide lifts ALL boats. Your rising is a gift to the world. Your listening inside is a gift to the world. You tending to you is a gift to the world. You aware, empowered, alive, creating and Being - a gift to the world.
