The first ever The Method + Identity 2 day experience in NJ is out in the world! Mazal Tov, I am THRILLED!

Last week, almost 20 people gathered in my home to learn The Method and Identity work and to be nourished by delicious food and amazing community. Based in Somatic Experiencing, developmental psychology, Kabbalah, and Chassidus, this body of work is sweeping through the world. Businesses, families, and communities are becoming more heart and soul focused, successful, less ashamed, and more confident and embodied as a result of this work.

I'm hearing feedback from people I've never met telling me about its impact on them! I'm so excited that this work has wings!!!!!

The Method and Identity work isn't a modality - it is a way of orienting towards life.

We got to work with coaches and humans who support others with personal growth and transformation, and teach them the potent tool that is Identity work to support in increasing the health, wealth, faith, and quality of love and life in everyone who is touched by it.

The word I received a few times from people who attended the experience was ASTOUNDING - it really was!

Due to popular demand, we are doing it again! July 26 and 27, we are bringing it back for round 2.

This is open for men and women, business owners and professionals, coaches and mentors. Grassroots Brooklyn will be returning to create the most beautiful food and florals to nourish everyone joining, and I will be hosting an optional business dinner for those who want to sign up for that - an opportunity to network and have some high-level business support and conversation!
