The Frequency of Confidence is the visercal shift from self-consciousness to soul-consciousness.

Confidence is what happens when your attention leaves the question "How am I being perceived?" and returns to "How am I being called? Am I available for what wants to move through me? Am I available for life?"

The Frequency of confidence transforms everything it touches:

Communication gets so well received and easeful because you're no longer trying to sound impressive or like anything other that you.

Your leadership flows effortlessly because you're serving something larger than your image. Because it is just an extension of your energy.

Your relationships deepen and are so rich because people meet the real you. You meet the real you.

Your creativity expands because you're expressing instead of proving. You are a channel, an artist, an instrument for the divine to flow through.

Your nervous system settles because it no longer has to monitor every interaction. You can Be.

Confidence is the capacity to let life move through you.

The Frequency of Confidence is the essence of the Summer of Aliveness experience we will be hosting in Costa Rica from August 5-10 for artists, creatives and leaders.

Guests won't leave simply "more confident."

They'll leave more available to life.

And people who are available to life naturally become confident, because they're no longer spending their energy trying to protect an identity. Or on subconscious beliefs or ideas. They're participating in something much bigger than themselves, and they know it.

The opposite of confidence isn't insecurity.

The opposite of confidence is self-preoccupation.

When all of your attention is on yourself...

How do I look?

Do they like me?

Did I say the wrong thing?

Am I enough?

What do I need to fix, improve, heal, optimize?

What are they doing wrong?

You are no longer participating in life.

You're managing yourself.

That takes so much energy.

Confidence isn't becoming more interesting.

It's becoming more interested.

Interested in people.

Interested in beauty.

Interested in ideas.

Interested in truth.

Interested in Hashem/God.

The moment your attention leaves our self-preocicupation...

Life begins moving through you.

You become a channel.

This is why this theme is going to be worked with in nature in Santa Theresa, Costa Rica, right in the jungle and near the ocean.

Nature is never self-conscious.

The ocean doesn't wonder if its waves are too big.

The trees don't apologize for taking up space.

The birds don't compare their songs.

The flowers don't bloom only after they're certain they'll be admired.

Everything in creation expresses what it is.

Because it's alive.

Human beings are the only part of creation that forgets.

Summer of Aliveness is not teaching people to become something new.

It's helping them remember that they are part of creation again. That creation moves easily through them when they allow it. That they are an infinite well of possibility, expression, energy.

The Frequency of Confidence in the way we are defining it here is availibility.

Available for love.
