I had a conversation with a client today:
She said, "I've been holding tight to the Frequency of Faith..."

I offered her a perspective:

"What if it's less about you holding the frequency and more about leaning into letting God hold YOU?"

What if "holding the frequency of faith" was a possibility of leaning in and letting Hashem/God carry you?

What if faith was not something you felt you had to hold so tight to, but rather something you could let go into?

What if faith wasn't something you had to fight for, but got to surrender to?

What if in not holding on, you could surrender into the truth that Hashem is holding YOU? That Hashem is only always, never not holding on. That the universe got you.

God is always here. Right here.
Waiting with open arms to hold you tightly, or with spaciousness - whatever and however you choose

What if faith had many different postures? And you got to receive Hashem in a way that you are so supported?
