I have named all future retreats: The Frequency of Freedom. Because that is what the possibility inside of them is, if you choose.

I want to give you all a little taste of this frequency. This frequency includes a reclaiming of choice, power, response-ability, and stewardship over one's life.

This frequency includes integration of body and soul, and an invitation to the deepest intimacy - between you and yourself, you and God, you and nature, and you and others.

This frequency includes willingly saying yes, I'm here, for the soul's journey, eyes wide open, reverently experiencing the patterns.

This frequency experiences the deepest love it has ever known, regularly, most of all toward the Self

This frequency lives a life well lived - fun, created with intention, surrendered - filled with prayer, movement, texture, colors, sensuality, and freedom

This frequency has space for all the parts of the whole, as it knows there are no true others... especially within the self

This frequency forgives the Self for what it didn't know in the past, and moves into creating

This frequency holds a knowing of who you are, at its core, beyond any illusion

This frequency is completely free of suffering (pain does exist in this frequency, but suffering does not)

This frequency holds a felt sense of safety, not because life is always certain, but because Hashem is always certain

This frequency allows the gift of perfect imperfection, ending the war of self-judgements, and invites in tender softness and ALL humanity and a full spectrum of feeling

This frequency is like poetry: deeply felt art of every color.

This frequency believes in possibility, abundance, grace, forgiveness, and radical miracles... and experiences them, often, and most of all notices them.

This Frequency is bringing the collective redemption and creating a heaven on Earth. Not a utopian heaven on Earth - a human, alive, pulsing, ready, healthy, integrated, grounded, flying, rising, allowing heaven on Earth.

Is there really anything I can say to describe what this retreat was?
