Medicine Without Medicine does not have words to describe the magnitude of healing and real, true, healthy integration that happens from these journeys. The ripples are forever and the changes are lasting.

Last night I watched women return to their power, and to the seat of their souls. They embraced their feelings, their passion, their fire, their gifts, their lives.

What is more important than being alive while we are alive?

We experienced redemption and faith. Not just in the thoughts of it but in the visceral experience of it.

For those of you who came to my completely full meet and greet in Miami tomorrow, I can't wait to hug you!

I know that the whole world is better for the frequency we just put out yesterday in the journey and I'm beyond grateful for the collaboration and efforts and angels who supported me in making it happen.
