On Being The Steward Of Your Own Energy
Sep 06, 2025Being the steward of your own energy means you can change the frequency you are dialed into at any time.
You can't always change what is happening (you are a co-creator with God, and on a soul journey, with a bigger plan for you, sometimes bigger than your conscious mind knows about), but you can change the way you feel, perceive, and relate to it.
Someone who is a steward of their energy is someone who unsubscribes from 2 things:
1) That anyone or anything but God and their choices can "save" them from their life. They remember that even when others help, guide, or support them, the source to God is God.
2) They leave the frequency and paradigm that they are a victim of their life and bad luck, they understand that, no matter how painful, life is precious and happening for them.
Someone who is the steward of their own energy can choose to live an empowered life and not spiritually bypass their real feelings. They understand that the energy they get to steward is their own, and they learn to feel what they feel without shame, take care of themselves, and allow themselves to be supported.
Someone who is the steward of their own energy moves energy often. It's like taking a shower or brushing our teeth; it has to happen every day. For healers, energy workers, and therapists... it must happen multiple times a day.
Someone who is a steward of their own energy cleans their space often, moves their body, allows nature to recharge them, is intentional with nourishing themselves, and moves energy through water, dancing, crying, raging, or grounding. They understand that their fragmented or fried energy field is their response-ability to tend to.
Someone who is the steward of their own energy does not base what they will create on how they feel, but on their state of being, who they are.
They realize that feelings are here to be felt and honored, but never to define who they are at their core.
Feelings change in each moment, but the soul is steadfast.
Someone who is a steward of their own energy knows that who they are at the core is their soul, and they take good care of the vessel privileged enough to be the home of something of this magnitude.
Someone who is a steward of their energy forgives themselves for not being a steward of their own energy in the past, and then stewards that energy of forgiveness and self love into a brighter, more empowered future.
An authentic steward of energy does use healing work to spiritually bypass their real feelings, but also does not use their feelings and their trauma work to bypass their own soul.
Someone who is a steward of their own energy knows that their healing journey is a means to living their life, with presence, curiosity, capacity, and allowance.
Someone who is a steward of their own energy believes with complete faith in themselves and God.
They hold, transmute, alchemize, metabolize, express, and don't repress uncertainty, the mystery, the challenges, the grief, the rage, joy, love, and bliss that are a part of being alive.
Someone who is a steward of their own energy knows that life has painful, breathtaking, heartbreaking, devastating moments and times and years and days. They know that pain is inevitable, but suffering (not being present to what is) is a choice.
There is always a flower, a tree, a friend, a deep breath, a song, a hope, a good cry, an outfit, a windfall, a color, a texture, a poem, a possibility to breathe into. There is always art to create from every moment.
Someone who is a steward of their own energy knows that when someone else is not being a steward of their own energy, they aren't bad or wrong:
They are simply plugged into a frequency that isn't empowering them
