A prayer invitation for you (to open to receive everything your soul is ready to receive this year):

'I am the Infinite, Remembering itself in form.'

Remember: Feel your feelings. It's good for your body and your soul and the planet and your ancestors and children. Feel, but don't make the mistake of identifying with your feelings. Feel your feelings and don't become them.

Remember: You are a deeper thing than anything you will ever do or have ever done, anything that was ever done to you or anything that will ever be done to you. You are a deeper thing than your accomplishments, mistakes, gifts, or feelings.

The deepest prayer you can have is remembering that!

Remember: You are a soul in a body, having an experience, you are an aspect and a piece of the divine.

Remember: When you don't feel your feelings and steward and move your energy you restrict the divine flow waiting to shower you with everything meant for you.

Remember: Consciousness precedes everything. Make sure your energetic wifi, connection to your soul beyond all illusions is turned on when you pray.

Remember: Self compassion goes a very, very long way in clearing stuckness and opening up for abundance.

Remember: Your feelings are fickle They come and go Shift and change You are a deeper truer thing than anything you will ever feel Feelings are here to be felt Not to be identified with (I will say this as many times and in as many ways as I can)

Remember: You are a wildly powerful creator. You can always shift your reality, thought, feeling, perspective, nervous system, identity, trajectory.

In Hebrew there is a saying: 'Meshana makom, meshana mazal'- we shift our location and we shift our constellation: this also applies to emotional and energetic states, not just physical location.

When we honor and allow and don't suppress and don't judge our feelings and needs and stories and also choose to not become or identify with anything we feel and anything that happens to us... We're always constantly shifting our constellation and the very trajectory of our lives. This is our free will. This is our gift from the divine. To co-create in every moment and use the power we have, not to control, but to co-create with God.

You are the infinite light of God remembering itself in form. It's okay to forget sometimes (it's a part of the plan: we are human. We forget, remember, and expand)...but remember this:

If your prayer this Rosh Hashana is to keep remembering... and you back that prayer up with a choice to keep:

1. Acknowledging and feeling what you feel
2. Creating what you can in each moment
3. And always, always returning to your state of being (who you truly are and choose to believe yourself to be)

You will be a wildly miraculous portal to the Ein Sof, the infinite light of God to flow through you, to live as you, and to be the abundance and light the world needs.
