I decided a few months ago that I am done with preparing in a manual way for the Medicine Without Medicine journeys. As I know deeply in my soul, preparing my consciousness is my contribution to the journey.

Since then it's been miraculous who has stepped in to help me before each journey—preparing and setting up. This time the journey was on the road in Florida, and it was a big job to set it up and make it happen. The universe sent me the most beautiful friends and ministering angels to set up this journey for success.

My True Preparation

The only preparation that I did for this journey is what you see here in this video: me praying. Getting calm, getting sensory regulated, preparing my vessel, stepping into my soul, being inside of my most essential self.

That is my preparation for these journeys. I prepare my energy.

I truly believe that consciousness perceives everything. Everything, everything, everything.

When we align our consciousness with our purpose, the universe conspires to support us.
