Plugging into God is my only occupation. Bringing God to work, to my appointments, to my bed and to my kitchen and to my workouts and to my client sessions and relationships. Staying plugged in is my only interest and my responsibility that IS my freedom.

It is the way I live each day and moment from a place of fullness and wholeness, and invite in experiences, people, and expansion that reflect that state of Being.

An invitation today (if you choose) to unplug from any "false Gods/idols" - money, teachers, gurus, places, ideas, ideologies, worries, neurosis, diagnosis, fears, or inflammatory thoughts, and plug into Hashem, the creator, God, the Source of all things, the ever flowing current that IS, your own essence, soul, neshama.

You can do this through dropping your mind, getting still, orienting towards the present moment, listening to music, moving your body, looking into the eyes of a loved one, or doing The Method (a way to return to your soul over and over again without spiritually bypassing) with these 6 steps:

I am aware that I am aware. I feel (I feel/embrace my feelings AND I am not my feelings). I am the steward of my own energy. I will create. I am. I am that I am.
