Isn't it wild how our most profound teachers and teachings often come from the most unconventional places. Not where you think it's going to come from.

My most potent Kabbalah teacher that I've ever had - and I know many very, very potent teachers of Kabbalah - is my personal trainer. There's something about the way that she shares these concepts with me that just lands inside of me in a way that nothing else lands for me. When she says it, I listen, and it moves something inside of me.

I was just taking a moment to appreciate all of the places and all of the teachers that I have in my life that come from those unconventional places. If I look - who and what can possibly be my teacher in this life? Shout out to my trainer, who is an epic human being who is going to come on my podcast one day. And shout out to all the teachers of life all around us, when we look for them.
