No one is better or worse than you in business and life.

And just like when someone has a cash flow challenge, whether they have millions of dollars or 10 dollars, their money is tied up; it’s the same thing with emotions. No matter how “evolved or spiritual” someone is, we are all human; we all feel, we are all alive and evolving.

We learn and grow every day; we forget and remember and then expand.

Expanded Capacity does not mean never feeling.

It means having more bandwidth for when we do.

It means having tools to remember.

And the Capacity to be Vulnerable, and Stay.

It is the ability to be with what IS, as it IS.

It is the ability to accept ourselves.
