I'm not a Shaman. Not a miracle worker. I don't even consider myself to be a traditional therapist anymore. (Though I did go for a degree in social work and some other mental/emotional health degrees.)

I am not your Healer. Or anyone's healer. You are, God is. That is what I believe.

I am definitely not a Guru. While I feel I am a fabulously good teacher ;) I am not a teacher. I just simply AM. And I teach.

I believe in learning from nature, from elders, from everyone and everything.

This frequency we speak of... it is not "my" frequency. God knows I have a lifetime of growing to do, so much embodiment to access, and deeper and deeper layers of connection to be had in this life. Please God may it be so. I am a student of life.

I am very, very human.

I often tell my clients that they may just be more courageous than I will ever be...

And also, in addition to that... my soul's gift is to fly. It's to expand and activate everything and everyone around me who chooses to receive it. One reason why I believe that to be true is that I believe implicitly in your magic, in healing, in the way God moves through your life so effortlessly that the people around me start to believe it too. I use the gifts that God gave me: of courage, compassion, nurture, balance, confidence, presence, love, precision, faith, and connection and help you see so clearly that they aren't just in me, they are in you too. I am a willing channel and amplifier.

I choose to embody (for now) that we can be human and divine, private and vulnerable, you don't need to "be perfect" to live your dreams, and that taking bold actions and expanding your soul can go together with a nervous system that wants to contract. You can take bold actions and trust deeply in a world where your heart is still healing, maybe even forever, until an ultimate redemption.

I help people heal not by erasing what is human inside them, but by inviting their human into wholeness with the deepest love for what it means to be a soul in a body, a divine spirit experiencing life. We embrace our human range, widen our human bodies, our soul's vessel, capacity to receive and believe more than we ever thought possible.
