Are you afraid of being someone who triggers others? Are you afraid of being judged or misunderstood? Are you afraid of projection or jealousy?

I received an email that took my breath away. Shared with permission:

Dear Rivky,

You don't know me, but I am a fellow traveler, and I want to share with you that I have been profoundly triggered by you over the years. I have completely not understood you, I even tried to find all the ways that what you are doing is wrong, not trauma informed, you name it, I looked for it. I looked for your wounds and shadows, I was kind of obsessed with making you wrong.

And then I unfollowed you and would still stalk your page. I couldn't stay away.

And then one day I saw a post from you that stopped me in my tracks. It said: "never waste a good trigger." That evening, I looked in the mirror and asked myself: what is here for me? Why does a human being trigger me so much? Why am I trying to find all the ways I am right and she is wrong? Why all of this moral superiority and pedestaling on my end?

Well - it turns out that there was work for me to do, to open to be a channel too, to receive all the goodness and pleasure that Hashem has in store for Me. It turns out - I have desires too, it turns out, I also want to own them, feel loved and cherished, live life out loud, in full color, feel peaceful in my own skin. It turns out it was never about you - you were my Medicine without Medicine!

All that being said: I want to say 2 things:

One- I'm so sorry for projecting my pain onto you. For thinking those thoughts and saying those things. I now have nothing but gratitude - I know you are a human and you have been one of my biggest teachers - by BEING you! (See what I did there?!?! ;)

Second - I'd like to sign up for the year-long with you!!!! I am ready to commit to expanding, to being loved and seen, and to being triggered, if that is what it takes ;) I am SO ready.

I have never paid you a dollar or spoken to you before, but somehow feel I fully understand the Frequency of Freedom, Medicine without Medicine, and what it means to be The Possibility in the Universe.

We are going to delight some and trigger others. And perhaps, like in this case: we will do both!!! Please, BE YOU, only the way YOU can.

When I asked her if I can share this she said: "absolutely YES! If others can have what I have let myself have, my fullest expression and permission to be myself - it's all worth it!"

I admire this woman so much - she really embodies the Frequency of Freedom. Never wasting a good trigger, letting herself fully take in the medicine of her life, facing the edge, unshaming herself, and receiving the fruits and pleasure of joy of taking it all the way Home, back to Her.
