On navigating the challenges, and unknowns, and joys of big growth and expansion with big courage:

It's true that as you enter the field of abundance, things begin to come with more ease...
and with less resistance

But that doesn't mean it's not really challenging, a growth edge, or doesn't ask your system for a LOT of courage, creativity, and a leap of faith.

(Challenging is different than hard, and courage is not the same thing as resistance)

It's time we redefine ease AND non-resistance in ways that honor our full humanity and not allow our expectations of what expansion and alignment "should" look like not get in the way of our growth

More ease existentially doesn't mean there are no challenges

As your soul expands and capacity to receive, have, and move more comes online, that space can feel quite new, uncomfortable, unbalanced for a little bit as the body-soul recalibrates. That doesn't mean there is anything wrong

That's a part of being a soul in a body with a soul designed to expand and a nervous system designed to contract, to keep us feeling safe.

The best gift you can give yourself as you grow is to learn is how to navigate the space of energetic/capacity growth and the world of expansion as a soul with a human.

It's a different "skillset" than trauma healing alone and takes practice.
To take bigger risks, get way more comfortable in discomfort, and to trust your intuition much more deeply among many other things.

Running so many retreats and doing work that invites people into MASSIVE soul growth means constantly expanding my own life... I have some really important things that I've learned and keep learning being in the trenches of this:
