Moving at the Pace of Love: Doing Your Soul's Thing in Your Soul's Way
Dec 29, 2025There is a pace of energetic movement where there is no hierarchy, No bad or good right or wrong. There is a pace that does not have what to do with passivity or urgency and everything to do with devotion.
A way of choosing that feels like falling in love with your own life, Again and again and again.
A pace where you choose to do your soul's thing in your soul's way.
Love is not only passive. It burns. It longs. It reaches.
It's the yes in your body before your mind catches up. The quiet ache toward beauty. The pull toward what feels alive, honest, true.
The pace of love is not interested in shrinking its desire to be palatable. Or dulling its sensitivity
OR speeding up it's present moments just to be efficient. Love doesn't work that way.
Love is attentive. Love is brave. Love is willing to be seen. Love is also forgiving Of fast and slow As long as you include it In your flow In love for yourself - most of all Where all overflow begins
Passion doesn't always shout with exuberance And sometimes it does! Sometimes it glows. Sometimes it waits. Sometimes it knows exactly when to move and does so without hesitation.
Beauty isn't something we add on later. It's the atmosphere we choose to live inside. The way we speak. The way we touch our own lives. The way we refuse to rush what wants to unfold. The way we allow exuberance and fire to lead sometimes too Both/And not either/or
You don't have to earn this softness. You don't have to justify this fire.
Let yourself want what you want. Let yourself feel what you feel. Let yourself move and rest Sing and create Be And Do No-thing Create from the mundane Be Magic
this is the art of Being You
Allowing yourself to move At the pace of Love
Moving at the pace of love isn't about choosing rest instead of movement. And it isn't either about choosing movement instead of rest And it isn't about pushing instead of listening.
It's about discernment. About learning how to hear what this moment is actually asking of you. It's about Flow Trusting life to take you, lead you
Some days, love asks us to slow down. To let rest Be To trust that nothing essential disappears when I pause.
And other days, love asks for more of us More clarity. More devotion. More courage to show up and speak and build and expand.
Both are true. Both are sacred.
There is something beautiful about a changing rhythm
Doing my soul's thing in my soul's way means allowing my energy to be dynamic. Responsive. Alive.
Empowerment isn't one way It doesn't always look soft. It doesn't always look fierce. It includes devotion to our souls
Sometimes it looks like restraint. Sometimes it looks like momentum. And often it looks like the wisdom to know the difference And often it looks like "failing" with Grace for we live and we learn
You are not behind because you rested. You are not reckless because you want more.
You don't need to slow down to be deep and real You don't need to hustle to be legitimate.
both both both always both
you are allowed to feel and live and create from your state of Be-ing.
You aren't too slow. You aren't too fast.
You're allowed to move in rhythm with yourself. And when you do - that's love, moving as YOU.
There is no right or wrong way to Be you. wherever you go, there you Are And you are beautiful A piece of God A part of No-thing and ever-thing An ordinary Wonder.
Pausing for motherhood, for intimacy, for nature, for music, for your breath to catch up, for God. Creating movement for impact, for relationships, for abundance, for art, for connection, for God. Both get to Be. You are allowed to change your rhythm. The pace of pleasure, pace of play, pace of grief, pace of a new (or old) relationship, the pace of parenting, the pace of business. All looks different In each moment. If you are a human You get to move at the pace of Love. You are the common denominator that holds your multidimensionality. You ARE the rhythm. You are the stillness inside of all of it. And the all of it has more than enough space for all of you. And the complimentary parts and the contrasting parts. The wholeness and the wholesomeness. The yearning and the hurting and the always blessed Parts of you. Where is your heart, your soul, your body? That's where you get to BE. You, doing your Soul's thing In your soul's way In your soul's season At the pace of love... Is the most beautiful thing in the world 🤍
