I woke up this morning, the morning after the 8th retreat (!) and wrote these words to the participants of the Frequency of Freedom winter retreat chat:

"Good Morning, Good Morning, Good Morning. I woke up this morning with peace in my heart, deep love and awe and true reverence for each of your souls. You have all changed my life for the better. Od yoter Tov - even even more bountiful and beautiful. Your beauty, wisdom, love, self honoring, choices... they moved world, mountains, galaxies. Thank you Hashem, thank God for each of you."

I then rested, did what I committed to, and checked into the chat a few hours later to see MIRACLES happening in their lives and fields. Simple profound real life miracles. Marriage and relationship miracles, facing challenging conversations, experiencing abundance, embodying Range and capacity, children and spouses showing up differently. This is only the beginning.

I once went on a retreat and the leader said: keep your expectations low... I tell my clients the opposite: expect even MORE than you can imagine.

I do not create this reality for them, THEY do, with God. I remind them that the power was always there, with Hashem, when they plug into Hashem, remember who they are, and choose to face what is important to face to lead their lives with coherence, honesty, and love.

They leave the retreat integrated, whole, human, connected, healthy, vital, and renewed not because I worked hard but because they chose themselves with deep intention, focus and desire, presence, joy, awareness, desire, empowerment and embodiment.
