Every few weeks, I write new prayers and say them from my heart. Sometimes I choose to share them with you. It's a gift from my heart to yours.

Prayer is one of the most, if not THE most, effective "quantum technologies" we have. When we learn to pray from an embodied place, the whole game changes.

Living our lives as a prayer is the most beautiful way I know how to experience life.

Some prayers I’ve been praying recently. They have been so effective for me that I wanted to share them with you too.

The first prayer is simply getting still and asking:
God, what will you have me do today?
Who will you have me be today?
What will you have me say or share today?
And then choosing to do, be, and say what comes through my channel. Those actions are also a prayer.

God, grant me the gift of discernment. To know when my generosity is enabling or when it is holy, to know when my kindness is crippling others or coming from true love, to know when my help is allowing someone else to know You more deeply and to see their own capacity more deeply—and when I am not being helpful by helping.

God, help me help myself. I am open to filtering out the noise—the fears of being misunderstood, left behind, not belonging—so I can keep showing up, channel and heart open, mind clear. Help me stay on my assignment with grace.
To those I bless, may I say thank you for the chance to feel grace.
For those I trigger, may I say thank you for the chance to feel a different kind of grace.

God, please help my client (insert name here) see themselves as You see them. Please open their heart, mind, spirit, and soul to receive the light that You want to move only through them, and them alone, with abundant grace. Please allow them to understand that discomfort and expanding does not mean they are dying—and if they desire to, assist them in choosing to grow, and then in growing.

God, please allow me to learn the lessons in this part of the expansion of my soul in a way that is sweet, that is soft, that is kind to myself and others, that is abundant, and that has a lot of breath inside of it.

God, please allow me to remember swiftly, over and over again, that I am a part of the whole and that the whole is a part of me.

God, thank you for speaking so clearly through me. When you do, I can spread your light in a way that others can receive. I see that part of my assignment here is to help individuals create, solidify, make safe, expand, and open their vessels to receive, channel, and spread your infinite light. Help me do this with the most clarity, focus, intention, love, pleasure, grace, kindness, and precision that I can.

God, please show me the ways You are holding my human as You expand my soul. Please show me the ways to be like You, and hold my human like You, as I expand my soul.

God, thank You for Your embrace that is there always. Thank You for creating me with a mind and heart that can perceive You and my soul. I am still learning, I am always learning, I love learning, I surrender to learning. Please help me help myself make the learning sweet, revitalizing, and so special.

God, thank you for allowing me the capacity for reverence and awe, and to be “blown away” by You and aspects of You in people, nature, ideas, and things I get to experience. I am open to expanding this awe into infinity. And so it is.
