Thank you for the opportunity to express myself. To connect with you. To experience the way you experience life. It is an absolute wonder that in this life, we get to have the opportunity to know one another.

As I was leaving the beautiful place I stayed in for a few days (to my next adventure!) last night a man made me the most delicious tea I've ever tasted. With Meyer Lemons and local honey and fresh mint and good warm company - it was a divine moment in time.

And it made me remember what a delight it is to go the extra mile to nourish ourselves and others in the most intentional way, how pleasurable it is to put in and/or receive a little extra love.

Today I commit to putting that "little extra bit" of love on each experience I have. Nourishment, interactions, self care, creations... and to see where that takes me.
