I had the opportunity to spend a few days with Byron Katie in Ojai, California. I'd love to share these quotes she shared with you:

I have had the opportunity and honor, since way before I had Instagram or shared about anything online, to sit with many elders, prolific thinkers and teachers, beautiful hearts and incredible souls along the way. And this week, for a few days of the adventure I'm on (and that this life is), I got to go see and spend time with Byron Katie and immerse myself in the beautiful wonder, light and absolute gift that her Being is.

It is a wondrous thing to get to receive so deeply from elderly humans. Who have been around for a long time. Who desire and do spend the time they have marveling in the Now.

I am a forever student. I will never not be. Katie said something I always tell myself and my clients "Teachers have less fun, be a student - there is something to learn from everyone."

It is an honor and pleasure to be a student of life and to now have social media AND the desire to take you along. I've learned from so many teachers, got degrees and certifications in all kinds of modalities and subjects... but they don't hold a candle to learning from the heart of someone who sits with themselves. I never learn more from someone than from their unapologetic standing in their soul. From their embodiment and state of Being.
