A legacy leader thinks beyond her/himself. S/he asks: What am I building that will outlive me? What wisdom am I transmitting? What opportunities am I creating? What frequency am I flowing into the world? What identity am I living or creating from?

A legacy leader considers this question often: What becomes more possible in my life, in the world, because I choose to fully show up as myself and lead from my soul?

Most people ask, "What do I need to do to become wealthy?" Legacy leaders ask, "Who do I need to become to create true wealth that is aligned for my soul?" Am I willing to become the person who builds true wealth, the kind rooted in quality of life, stewardship, and bringing and spreading more of my soul and consciousness into the world?

Legacy is not something that happens after our lives. Legacy is created through every choice we make today.

A Legacy Leader knows that Money is not the destination. Money is an amplifier. Money amplifies the consciousness, the frequency of the person holding it. It is a way of spreading, stewarding, and moving more of your soul and life force energy in the world. When money enters the hands of a person rooted in fear, or identities that aren't their soul, it creates more fear and identities. When money enters the hands of a person rooted in purpose, faith, and a commitment to spreading and stewarding consciousness and soul energy, it creates expansion and generative energy in the world.

What does true wealth mean to you? It has very little to do with money. When you really learn the energetics of wealth, it flows like rain.

When I asked the group today in Legacy Leadership who is wealthy, everyone raised 2 hands.

That means our work has just begun... ;)
