I really believe one of the greatest markers of self love is imperfection tolerance. It's what makes us go out and do the things our soul is here to do, and also to BE without needing to DO. It allows us to grow, to live more permissionless, to be more passionate, to be special, and also to be with the parts of ourselves that are not. that. special! Because we are all both.
"When I see your face... there's not a thing that I would change... because you are amazing... just the way you are."
What would the world be like if we all loved ourselves even 1% more? If we knew we were allowed to value ourselves, "imperfections" and all? If we knew our "flaws" were actually our secret portals to divinity and connection? If we were to allow our "imperfections" to shine? I think there would be a lot more love, art, creating, connections, risks, dreams fulfilled, deep belly laughs, heart-ripping sobs, and shining light in this world.
Take risks, be true, be you.
In the words of Rochel Hecht, (my assistant on the Tzfat retreat), "it's not that deep" 😂
So live a little! Permission to be confident, to be in the middle of the ride, to reach your goal...
Be You.
I love you!!
