I Did What I Said I Was Going to Do
Jan 22, 2026Every morning, as part of my morning routine, I write about what "I will create"
I then choose things that I know I can commit to myself to do, and choose to empower myself by committing to do them.
Aligned action is an incredibly important step in the creation process.
Many humans on a spiritual or personal growth path find it easier to create energetically and emotionally than take aligned action towards co-creating their desires with God.
The help support that, and to support their wholeness, I have created a method (called The Method) that supports my clients (and myself) to create from their state of Being, from their soul, without bypassing their real human experience.
To create from an empowered AND deeply integrated place.
One they build capacity and range for, not one that they eventually crash from.
An experience of creating, living, and Being with Coherence, balance and flow even WITH, especially with all of the challenges and flavors of what it means to be fully human.
So back to my morning routine... The 4th step in the method is about creation. When I choose things to create as I'm working through "The Method" I let it be simple and challenging, mundane or interesting, but with one rule: I choose things I actually believe/know I WILL do.
And I use definitive language. Not "I will try/attempt to create ___..." But rather, "I Will co-create ___ with God today."
At night, when I get into bed, I run through The Method again.
When I get to the creation part of it I say "Today I created ___" Then, I list all that I have created.
After that I say these words to myself: "I did what I said I was going to do"
This reinforces self trust, pleasure, satisfaction for my choices, decisions, actions and creations.
My clients have adopted this practice too and their joy and pleasure in saying these words will never get old to witness!
What is something you would love to create today and then have the opportunity to say "I did what I said I was going to do?"
