Shifts that make waves in the cosmos, in past generations, and in generations to come have been happening before our eyes... and now, for the first time, it's being documented in real time by someone else besides for me... an actual soul journalist!

Enter The Frequency of Freedom retreats: What goes on at and after these experiences is both wild in its intricacies, precision, depth and breadth and also so simple it's actually mindblowing. It's the visceral experience of grounded, very real, lasting magic.

And I feel I've been doing a better and better job at doing so, but for some time, I've been calling in more. More ways to describe what it is we do, who we BE, the perspectives we hold, the Hashem we believe in, so that humans can FEEL it and receive the resonance of it, even if they never choose to join for themselves, they will still receive. That is what I desire.

I've been calling in a woman who shares the same fire and passion for personal and collective redemption with me. Who is a truth teller. Who wants others to Feel what we know in our bones - the possibilities in this universe.

One of the books I'll be writing is about what happens on these retreats. How energy moves, how the space comes alive, how everyone becomes both high and grounded on their own infinite supply. How soul movements happens in a way that is breathtaking, heart wrenchingly gorgeous. How Hashem is felt in every fiber of the experience. How each person, one by one begins to live from their state of Being... if they Choose.

The stories are hair raising, heart opening, expansive, simple, so, so human, and always miraculous.

Enter Mushka Eidelman, She is a force, a beautiful, deeply wise soul who shares and has a fire inside her for experiences, and art and God - and she is a prolific writer. She takes her reader deep into their bodies and souls. Reading her writing is an experience in it of itself. When she pitched the idea of joining the Italy Retreat as a Scribe, as well as a participant again, I knew the answer to my prayers was here: this work would live on in words. She told me: "We need scripture for this work, and I want to be the one to write it. This work is Historical."

Mushka is creating and will keep creating FINE LITERATURE for this body of work, art, love. Expressive, alive, epic writing.

She is an incredible human and I'm so grateful to have her choose, and to choose her to be in this creative process together.
