Deep Witnessing: Healing Complex Trauma with Compassion and Presence

Complex Trauma needs deep witnessing. All Trauma is heal-able. It's deeply possible.

But deep trauma asks for a deeper kind of witnessing. It asks for a witnessing from practitioners and people who have witnessed and continue to witness their own. It asks for a witnessing with deep compassion.

The only way we can have deep compassion for others is if we deeply have it for ourselves.

We can take our clients through complexities as deep as those that we've met ourselves in.
