I went to go say goodbye to my mom before leaving to lead my 9th retreat/immersive experience and the very first one in Morocco.

My mom told me something that made me pause and stop in my tracks. She said: "Goodbye Rivky, I'm saying goodbye to this version of you, because I know I will meet a new iteration of you on the other side. I know I am seeing this version for the last time."

And I know she is absolutely correct.

Every single human that attends a FOF experience leaves a "new" version of themselves. It is not possible to experience something of this magnitude and not step deeper into who you always were. To me, this appearingly "new" version of myself is just more me - it's actually a little more delayering and uncovering around who I/we really are. It is a revealing of essence.

This is not a healing retreat. I am not a healer. I am a lover of life, a human with a love of expansion, adventure, people, and Hashem. This is an immersive art experience, an invitation into a new frequency and reality, a possibility of empowerment WITH embodiment, an opportunity if one chooses for a really deep connection with what is Possible and the Divine.
