When I dreamed this retreat into being, I visualized what each woman joining was going to receive, AND about the experience of the women joining to support this retreat. I saw them each shining in their God given gifts, doing what lights her up, what nourishes her soul, what really inspires her.

My prayer to Hashem was simple:
Allow us to receive the highest support, so that each of us can use our energy in the ways most in service — to You, to our souls, to our bodies, to each other.

I have chosen the best of the best support this retreat. Chani, the artist of nourishment and love, Rochel, the heart of support - here to do really important jobs, and most of all, to Be their amazing selves and let their roles flow through them

We all know how to hustle, all 3 of us, and still use those parts, but not choosing to lead with those parts.
There is much effort that goes into it all, and so much to create, and that will always remain

That being said, for this retreat, I've chosen to create the vessel to have the humans supporting it all be even more supported. By hiring drivers, by an extra night in this chateau so we can prepare more leisurely, men helping us carry and schlep and build what needs to get done

My desires were for us all to put in lots of care, and be satisfied and tired at the end of the day, not from backbreaking work or exhaustion, but from doing our soul's work and being so, so deeply full from it. From overflowing from being in our own energy, to be a channel for life to flow through us.

To create and serve from a place that nourishes us first. Overflow. With humor, with softness, with supporting one another, with working hard, yes... being challenged, yes... not in a way that is hard, but with ease.
Working hard, with ease.

Because we are inviting women into their bodies, hearts, and souls, nourishment here, and to be embodied in what we are offering... we must Be That first.

My desire is to see no more codependent healers & starving artists.
But full, radiant women, serving from their wholeness
