A few years ago I didn't share testimonials.

Then, one day, I felt an instinct to share one. The work we do is felt in the resonance field. It's not linear and some aspects of it don't have words to describe it.

Who better to write about it then someone who experienced it? Then someone resonating at that frequency? So even if the words aren't "understood" in the mind, the person reading meant to understand the vibration will.

I haven't been shy about sharing for a while now. I see how each person pours the metaphorical medicine for the next one, when they share what they were able to create in this space and in their lives.

I have people following me here for a few years, who never came to a single group, session, retreat or offering with me, who read testimonials and my stories, and expand their mind and energy to the possibilities in the universe and have grown incredibly, just by Being here.

Some of the testimonials say my name in it, but they really aren't about me. I am just given the gift of being the conduit to remind someone of the medicine and Be-ingness inside of them all along.

Please understand that none of this wild incredible healing is my magic... the only thing that I can credit myself for is my Choice - the magic of choosing to plug into God, groundedness, and love over and over again. I am not a Shaman or anything like that. I am a woman having the best time supporting others into their most desired timeline, one choice, one restored sense of Self, one nervous system recalibration, and one moment of energy re-negotiation at a time.

This work is so powerful because the people who choose it are genuinely powerful. You are so powerful, do you understand?

So I share these experiences, this feedback, these words.

I share these testimonials to create space for what has been created to be visible & seen. So that the people who want to partake will be attracted to partake.

So that the people who want permission to share the be-ingness THEY bring to the world feel more permission.

This "frequency" we speak of? It's not my frequency, my friend - It's YOURS.

On the Frequency of Freedom retreat in Italy, I created a Direct connection to the infinite within me and beyond me, expanding my capacity to receive pleasure, goodness, and miracles.

My experience was magical, powerful, and transformative. I realized in my bones that my pain and trauma are not my identity, I am light, I am love, I am that I am, Being held in such safety, sisterhood, and togetherness was profoundly healing. It felt like a genuine miracle.

I am not my shame. I am my soul.

In this space I learned Miracles are possible!!!

My most favorite part of the frequency of freedom retreat wasn't the magic though that was immense... it is the grounded, rooted, real integration.

It's so real life and practical and true. I'm shaming myself less and loving myself more.

I'm more accepting of all my parts, both my humanity and my soul.

I'm living from my soul instead of performing. I'm taking better care of my body, my vessel than ever before.

I'm not judging myself as much for my humanity. I know that I am plugged into Hashem, and I don't make my gifts about me. I also care less about what others think of me and more about my own integrity. I am saying the truth more. I can feel the sacred union with myself, my loved ones, and the divine. I am imperfectly perfect and that is way more okay than it ever was.

I am shining now.

On the Frequency of Freedom retreat, I created first and foremost with Hashem the possibility for myself to make a dream possible and a beautiful legacy.

It was really really special, Everything was perfect. From the location down to every single detail. And you make this possible because Hashem is so strongly part of every one of your moves. It has no choice BUT TO BE GOOD!!! You are showing us how it's done in the most profound and easeful way and you are the proof that it always works!! "Works every time with Hashem"

The deepest thing I received and integrated from the retreat is creating possibilities from any state of being. Especially from a challenging plage. It's so so powerful to use this energy to create magic and miracle. I'm the living proof!

If I could share this experience with the world, first off I would get myself on the roof of the world (Everest? It's pretty cold there) with a megaphone and scream as loud as I can to everyone to join OUR, this, their frequency that we created block by block and be part of the movement that's creating redemption!

Some might say I am on a post retreat high. But I am not.

I am just on the frequency. Ever so casually.

How do I know? Because I know.

And also, because I am not constantly on a high. I am just in a space that has been stretched big time to feel and hold it all.

The only thing that is constant is the ability to create again and again - in each moment. And to love radically. And when that ability is forgotten, there's remembering.

It is so incredible to be able to receive. And then receive even more.

On this retreat I created so many things: A sense of self! Expanded capacity with inner strength and support, Sovereignty and agency, Anchored into the practice of awareness.

The experience was Otherworldly - Fully indulgent for all levels of the mind, body, and soul, Bliss ful, FOF!
