We just finished the 5-day retreat in my home, and I am filled to the brim with LIFE. Not the kind of energy that comes from the high of a peak experience, but the kind of energy that is grounded, generative, revitalizing, alive, REAL.

On these retreats, we touch something that one of my clients once called "biblical." We touch and feel God viscerally in our bodies and felt experiences, and we learn, beyond any doubt or illusion, who we truly are. If a participant is ready and willing, they release and renegotiate immense trauma and holding patterns, and step into a new frequency and reality.

I am in awe of each human who joined the retreat, their love for each other, and the bonds they created.

To all the participants of the August retreat... I love you all so much... you make the world a better place, and me a better person. Thank you for being you, for taking me up on this wild journey, and for softening into who you truly are. I am honored to walk beside you.

"Boker Tov, or rather Boker Ohr - morning of light to all of you profound souls. I slept so soundly, feeling all of our deeply embodied integration.

We witnessed magic, miracles, redemption, courage, Menuchat Hanefesh. Every single one of us got to feel Hashem viscerally, in our bodies, which is my dream. Everyone got a taste of their value, love for themselves, and massive shifts - both energetically and on the level of their nervous system. I witnessed nervous system healing that is wild on every level.

My heart feels so full with love for all of you, my body feels pregnant... with even more LIFE. My spirit feels like it's flying, and my feet feel anchored. Into this earth, into this life, into faith, and into Hashem.

Share your wins and miracles... we are here to amplify them! We are here to lift each other up... higher and higher.
