Hashem is in your everyday, Hashem is everywhere.

One of the most glorious, mindblowing, and heart-opening ways to experience God is in another human being, in their fullest expression, inside of their body, alive. Feeling what they feel while they are feeling it.

Because of trauma: individual, collective, societal, there is an epidemic of dissociation... the brilliant, elegant coping mechanism that we needed to survive. As children, as people, as men, as women, as a nation, a race, a society.

On the last retreat, we all watched as a beautiful, brave woman re-called her energy back to her body after years of dissociation due to deep, deep trauma (sexual, generational, ancestral)

We all gasped as she gasped, as if she just found her pulse, for the first time, and said with shock, wonder, excitement, tears: " I can viscerally FEEL how the pulse of life inside of me is GOD?!?!?! God is also in ME!"

Sometimes, because of trauma, the force of life leaves the body for some time. Assisting people in calling it all back home, in a way that is safe, balanced, integrated, and FOREVER lasting, with CERTAINTY is the honor of my life.

My life's mission is to take a stand for aliveness, mine and yours. To live while we are alive. To experience this beautiful, wild existence. And to bask in the glory of the Shechina (the energy of God, the Creator) ALL of the days of our life.

The Trauma Renegotiation Method (a modality I've created from combining many things I've learned from others and through my own system in a coherent way) is one that I use on the retreat to support you in moving into personal power, interdependence, balance, coherence, alignment, and deeper inner freedom.
