It’s never too early or too late to begin again.

Every day, every moment holds the opportunity to begin anew.

You are not too young or too old to live the life you want to live. You are allowed to start over, to change your mind, to begin to love yourself in a new way.

If you got carried away in an old pattern or habit in one moment, the next moment, the next breath can be different.

You get to shift a state that feels fixed and stuck.

You are allowed to create something new, even if you've never done it before in this lifetime.

You can choose the next day, minute, moment, second to be who you want to be.

You don't have to start tomorrow; you can start today. There is no perfect moment to choose; the perfect moment is always now.

You can create a new reality

הַמְחַדֵּשׁ בְּטוּבו בְּכָל יוֹם תָּמִיד

"He renews in His goodness, every day, constantly..."

This Hebrew Prayer expresses the idea that God continually renews the world and all of creation every day. It's not just that the world was created once; the Jewish teaching conveyed here is that creation is an ongoing process, sustained and renewed by divine will.

It's a powerful message about:

Gratitude for every single day and all of existence,

Awareness that each day and moment IS a new beginning.

And that the creator is involved in the world, not just in the past but in every single present moment.
