If you choose the new frequency, just know it is possible to:

Create new states of being quickly and efficiently.

Be with what IS without judging or creating a story about it.

Be with and hold space for a part of you without letting it hijack you.

Discern when it's time to validate your inner child and when it's time to set a loving boundary with him/her.

Hold divine certainty - which to me means holding even the "unknown," the "uncertain," and the "mystery" with grace, and faith in God.

Create with certainty, and desire, AND hold grace and surrender to divine will and divine timing. Dance with the divine while co-creating.

Create spaciousness around your wounding without bypassing.

Know that you are the steward of your own energy.

Embodiment over anything.

Have friendship and connection that is built with reciprocity, love, and takes time and space.

Truly know that boundaries are an expression of the deepest love and safety.

Aliveness is holiness.
