There is an amazing woman who DM'ed me here, asking me for advice or anything I wanted to share as she was running a retreat soon. I shared a few things, one of them being: make sure your relationship with your team is stellar. You are only as energetically in flow as you are with your team. Your retreat is only as beautiful as all of the energy of the people putting effort and care into it is.

As I'm celebrating my team for an incredible, "knocked it out of the park" retreat in Italy, I want to acknowledge that they are the best of the best. I'm recognizing that this team is unique - in their capabilities, willingness, and most of all who they ARE. They are chosen, I am blessed,

Celebrating Rochel is easy, because Rochel is a celebration.

She was the executive assistant on this retreat, and the one who made sure everything ran smoothly.

Part of my criteria for people who join my team and work in this quickly growing movement is women who "get it". Who understand what we are doing and why we are doing it. Who have a sense of humor, a sense of purpose, and a sense of excitement for this work.
Who have capacity for both the work itself, and the communication around all of that and more. I want to work with women who we all want around. Who lift others up and have so much fun doing it. Who hold their own and hold others with finesse, and also who have the capacity to allow themselves to be held, and to receive.

That's a tall order for a business, but this is not a regular business, and I'm not looking for regular. I'm looking for extraordinary, and that's what Rochel is.

She showed up with 110 percent and then some. She was and is the backbone of what made the past 2 destination retreats (both in Israel and Italy) what they were: smooth, beautiful, and exceptional.

Most of all, I celebrate who she is: kind, caring, sensitive, attuned, confident, talented, caring: more than being "good" at a job, I look for qualities that are beyond work, I look for energy that I want to permeate the space. Thank you Rochel for being that and infinitely so much more.
