A participant on the retreat shared with me that one of her most profound experiences on the Italy retreat (and that is saying a LOT based on how we spend our time there ;) was witnessing Chani and my friendship.

She shared how relieving it was for her to see 2 women so genuinely desiring good for one another. With so much space for sharing, for lifting each other up, for lightness and ease and collaboration - without an undercurrent of codependency or cattiness.

2 women who are individuals, who have their own lives, their own dreams, their own frequency and vibration and life story and life experiences- choosing to support each other's God size dreams to infinity.

I know with certainty that having Chani as the chef and chief of nourishment on The Frequency of Freedom retreat is one of the main reasons for it's radical success. Because as a participant shared so beautifully - "there is no true healing without true nourishment"

Chani does and is so much more than "work" as the chief of nourishment on these retreats. She does so much more than support my lifes work both practically and as a friend. So much more than creating some of the most incredible menus and seamless nourishment experiences for all the women involved. So much more than being a podcast co-host for the possibility in the universe.

She is also a beautiful wife, mother, sister, friend, daughter, business owner, human, eved Hashem,

And she is still so much more than that.

Chani Frankel embodies infinity. What happens when we plug into faith and flow. What happens when we allow our natural energy to move through us. What happens when we really allow ourselves to Be who we are. She is so human, and so divine. She holds both deep humility, confidence, and boundless generosity.

It is with the greatest gratitude to Hashem that I had the opportunity to have her on our team, to Be the possibility in the Universe for everyone there.
