I truly believe that our capacity for RANGE and nuance and the full spectrum of life, is directly connected to our capacity for abundance.

Because when we say YES to life, to our grief, to humor, to natural emotions. When we allow life to move through us, and fully feel what we feel, and we choose to not identify with everything we feel, life becomes less cumbersome. Not because all the challenges aren't there, but because we aren't living in resistance to it all.

When we say YES to "simple" pleasures, when we allow ourselves to feel our "petty" annoyances - without becoming any of it... our life force becomes so much more amplified. We are ALIVE.

And romanticizing the little things...

And also yes to feeling disappointed about something and letting that feeling move all the way through.

Range is also MAGNETIC in relationships. Range is an art. It makes relationships fun and deep and authentic and true and balanced and nourishing.

Having range in not just being a "fair weather friend" or a "trauma bond friend" Having range and living with nuance is knowing to be with all of it without needing to fix OR avoid it. Range is medicine for real lasting relationships that are reciprocal and resonant.

Having range is having the ability to be with deep pain and deep joy and also just be with what is even if it's "not that deep". To live with nuance is to hold all the parts with Love. The most emotionally mature, loving humans I know live life in this way. They are curious, slow to judge and make assumptions, but also discerning, boundaried and aware. They are fun, kind, and bring so much depth and lightness simultaneously to the table.

Last week, I had the opportunity to spend time with some friends I haven't seen in some time. Every single one of them had these qualities both in relationships with others and themselves.

And I realized that all my current clients have that capacity as well. They can hold nuance, move through life with range, have the ability to Be with what is, take themselves seriously and not very seriously at all at the same time.

Having range is directly connected to capacity for abundance in the way I see it. It's the same energetic of "holding more" expanding our capacity for more than one point of view, feeling, emotion, and being the unknown or "mystery" of life is a really deep kind of abundance. As it continuously expands for myself and the people in my life, I clearly see the correlation of what is possible for them and the kind of abundance they are ready for and receive and the kind of capacity for range and nuance they are able to hold.

Last week, on my way home of a very full day with many, many different experiences and emotions I told Hashem:

"I am ready to be delighted even more, I am ready to hold even more. I have been with every feeling and experience that came my way today. I am open to be surprised and delighted"

As I was approaching my home I got 2 phone calls: 1 where I had the opportunity to cry (really weep) with someone I love And one where I had the opportunity to laugh (so hard until I cried) with someone I love.

When I got home, this bag with a beautiful gift was hanging on my door. The sign from Hashem That when I open to delight And say YES to feeling it all Without becoming any of it I will be delighted By abundance of all kinds of ways. Only always, Never not.
