This week, one of my clients asked me an important question.
She said, "Rivky, your groups are full. People are joining your retreats, your courses, your breathwork groups, your Medicine without Medicine groups... People are picking up what you're putting down. I'm in a lull right now, struggling to attract clients. Can you share with me how you've co-created this reality of fullness?"
Her question led me to share the most important question I constantly ask myself:
"You say you want more, but can you actually hold more?"
You say you want love, but can you take a compliment? You say you want more clients, more abundance, more connection—but do you genuinely have the energetic capacity to hold what you're asking for?
Here's what I've learned: expanding our capacity happens in two ways.
First, we need to expand our capacity to feel what we feel, when we feel it.
Second, we need to savor what we already have. To stay present with our current reality instead of always reaching for the next thing or focusing on what's missing.
When we can do both—expand our capacity to hold more while reveling in what we already have—our vessel grows. The things we desire become a match to our energy because our frequency now has space for the more we're asking for.
With the universe, it's "show, don't tell." We have to show we're ready for what we desire.
