Beginning one of the most impactful, full, and life changing weeks of my life with celebrating my soul sister and friend on her very first (of many) big talks... she is starting with a TED TALK!

After that... Florida (Miami, Boca Raton Ft. Lauderdale, hollywood) I'm so excited to see you.

This trip includes so much range. Truly Business AS Pleasure - it includes family, friends, hospital visits, pleasure, fun, flow, work, creative projects, heartbreaking, heart opening, celebration, collaboration and plenty of surprise, flow, and adventure - and newness - and it will include a workout Every. Single. Day.

If you are wondering how I know this will be life changing, it's because I'm CREATING that. I've decided that it will and so it is. Every day I wake up and create the best day of my life.

Our energy shapes every single moment of our day. When we care for our energy, we care for life, and the way it moves through us.

And no... the best day to me doesn't always mean butterflies and rainbows. I don't believe in a spiritually bypassing Heaven on Earth. I believe in a life so vast, a vessel so large, it can support all the parts of the whole. Integration by Being. Embodiment by Being. Faith by Being.

The best day to me includes the full spectrum of humanity. Challenges and cringe and caring so much and loving and laughing and crying and apathy and courage and remembering and forgetting and fun - BEING, to me is the Best day.

And the only way I measure this is with myself. Consistency over perfection. Range as a practice. Expanding the vessel to receive by being. Opening. Allowing the breaking. Stepping into the flow. Facing the mess AND the magic. Over and over and over again. Only always, never not.
