My client threw his head back today in the session, cracking up with a full belly laugh. He said "you need a documentary, this is other level!"

Sometimes identity shifts, learning to be, creating, and becoming is challenging, grueling. And sometimes it is the most FUN you will ever have. Bringing you the most relief, peace, and energy you have ever felt. Casually, of course.

After every retreat, the people always say: "we need a TV show, that was the most wildly casual, casually wild experience I / we have ever had!" I couldn't agree more.

Most of the time the feedback I receive from my clients is: "What I don't think others realize is: how much FUN and ALIVE this process is. How we are doing so much more than healing, but deep wholeness, integration, and empowerment work. How empowering, wholesome, divine, and wonder filled it is!"

When I looked at my clients deep joy, relaxed nervous system, sheer power and wide open heart, I saw all the versions of him who I had seen before. The narrow experience, the pain, the grief, and repression.

Today, we had a graduation on the last shreds of power he was outsourcing. It's him and God now. Celebrated all it took to get here, and all the gifts AND challenges to come. And this was only the first hour of the day!
