I wrote this to the group chat of the Frequency of Freedom Italy Retreat group tonight, after a quiet Shabbat of Integration (on the heels of a very full past few weeks.)

It's in the contrast of it all that it all lands into all the cracks and crevices inside of us. I will share what I wrote with you all, so you can all Feel me, us, this. Integration is forever, and life is the most potent medicine of all. Some of us drink that medicine sparingly, and some of us go all the way in. I do both, depending on how deeply I choose faith.

Dear FOF Family,

I am so deeply grateful for each of you. I am learning to take in, hold, channel, receive, allow this much goodness, love, beauty, and the allness and everythingness that come along with experiencing this many feelings and this much life right alongside you.
It is a journey we will always be on, and it feels so much better together.

Thank you for taking me up on my soul's desires. It is so vulnerable to love this big, to move this much energy, to be so human. To feel so deeply. To know and to not know anything at all. Thank you for Being Here. Thank you for Being You. It blows my mind, humbles me to no end, makes me infinitely grateful. It asks me to get the most present I have ever gotten, to allow you, me, this, God, in, over and over.

Thank you Hashem for bringing us together. Thank you Hashem for this gift of choice - Thank you for our human and the spark inside of us that is a piece of You. Thank you Hashem 1,000 times.
