Medicine without Medicine last night was the first one since the retreat. I often feel the awe and trepidation along with excitement before such a big night. Last night, all I felt was awe and a deep sense of peace, stillness, and calm. The signs are everywhere for me: That I'm Being exactly where my soul wants to Be, in exactly my souls way.

I bless each and every one of you with a calm heart, a soul on fire, and deep self trust and trust in above.

The Month of Light and Miracles

It's Rosh Chodesh Kislev. The new moon. The Jewish Month of light and Miracles.

Let us look for the light in ourselves and in each other.

Let us speak life and light into the world.

A great way to transform darkness into light is to refrain from speaking Lashon Harah. Gossip creates fear, kindness creates love.

We Created Worlds: Healing in Community

Tonight was incredible. We created worlds.

Everyone in this field is growing by leaps and bounds. I can feel the work we did on the retreat moving through this constellation, impacting people who were never there. Marriages healing, deeper honesty and true connection restored, children healing, expressing and emoting, grief moving through, joy dancing, abundance flowing, shining happening, bodies healing, art being created, souls waking, feelings felt and not identified with, real and lasting shifts in mental and emotional health, receiving being activated, miracles happening. We do it together, in community. Everyone is a leader and a student of life in the space of this medicine.

The results of what is happening here speak for itself, and each person here is completely creating all this for themselves, if they choose, stone cold sober.

Everyone contributes to the whole in this space. Noone with more power than any other. Just in our authentic energy. Plugging into Hashem/the divine and remembering that we rise, heal, become, by Being. This is a space of lifting other women up. Reflecting the light that we are. Walking with Hashem, and trusting each persons authentic path.

It's a space of grace, and it is a space graced by Hashem. A space that is flourishing, hearts opening, where the medicine goes back to homes around the world, (for those who choose) and transforms lives and families from the inside out.

It's not a mysterious medicine - it's you Being you, and me Being me, in only the ways that our unique souls speak, and us learning, to dance together, from the inside out.

Radical Shifts: Healing Going Home to Families

In the group tonight, there were some women that have been here before, and one after the next they were sharing radical, moving, tangible special shifts in their concrete (not only emotional or energetic) reality since the last Medicine without Medicine or Breathwork they attended.

They shared massive changes in their marriage, their parenting, their relationship with God, their mental health, their realtionship with receiving abundance, with shining, with feeling their authentic feelings, with taking up space, with moving energy, with loving themselves and others, with setting boundaries with love.

One woman shared that after the last time she came to Medicine without Medicine, she chose to create the marriage she desires. She got completely honest inside of it, allowed herself to feel all the feelings that come along with that, along with the faith of being held by Hashem, though it was challenging and a really big leap, she is in a safe, thriving, amazing relationship with her husband.

Another woman recognized today that though she thought she wanted to get divorced, she realized how that was a part of her that wanted to protect herself from feeling pain, and she chose to stay in her marriage with deep clarity, love for herself, and commitment to here truth.

This healing is going home to families. It isn't staying in circles, it is igniting everything it touches. Hearts are opening, souls are remembering, receiving is happening.

Stay On Your Assignment: Teach by Being

I am watching the ripples effects in the world, and it's magical.

My message tonight is: please shine in the unique way that only your soul does and can. Please follow your authentic desires.

Whatever you do, stay on your assignment. Your job is between you and God. You will delight some and trigger others. It does not matter. What matters is that you stay on assignment. If someone doesn't understand, carry on! You don't teach by explaining yourself. Matters of the heart will never penetrate the mind. Only Being will. Teach by Being. Keep keeping on.

And Refrain from speaking Lashon Harah, both about yourself and others. Lashon Hara is fear mongering. It doesn't create anything positive, generous, or kind. Be kind. Spread kindness. Spread light.

Hashem will take care of everything that isn't in alignment. We get to take care of loving what is, loving ourselves, and loving one another.

Miracles Beyond Measure

The miracles are already coming in from participants from last night. Sharing the shifts in their loved ones, in their energy, their families, their children. They chose to move big energy, noone moved it for them, they remembered their power, their prayer, their surrender, their relationship with God and they moved it themselves, and also together, as a community, a space where EVERYONE is a leader, AND a student of life.

I want to wish you all a beautiful weekend, of Miracles beyond measure, faith beyond logic, feeling beyond understanding, and receiving beyond your wildest imagination.
